Give Kettlercise a try!!
Sessions are 50 minutes long. Please bring a sweat towel and water.
Sweatbands for your wrists are also a great idea, especially if you want to wear a sports watch during the class. The bands will protect your watch from being scratched/damaged by the kettlebell.
Kettlebells are provided
Kettlebell training is suitable for participants aged 16 and over, but is not recommended during any stage of pregnancy
Kettlebell training is safe and low impact, but is at the same time is an intense cardiovascular workout.
If you have a pre-existing medical condition you will need to check with your doctor if you are safe to participate.
