Give Kettlercise a try!!

Sessions are 50 minutes long. Please bring a sweat towel and water.

Sweatbands for your wrists are also a great idea, especially if you want to wear a sports watch during the class. The bands will protect your watch from being scratched/damaged by the kettlebell.

Kettlebells are provided for venue based classes. For ZOOM classes, you will need your own bell/weight...which we can source for you if needed.

Kettlebell training is suitable for participants aged 16 and over, but is not recommended during any stage of pregnancy

Kettlebell training is safe and low impact, but is at the same time is an intense cardiovascular workout.

If you have a pre-existing medical condition you will need to check with your doctor if you are safe to participate.

ZOOM online classes

During social distancing we have moved all of our classes online. They can be accessed via the conferencing app ZOOM.US, which is totally free.

Just open it up on your computer, or get the app on your phone/tablet. You'll be able to see us...and we'll be able to see you! 

When you book your class with us (on our booking site GYMCATCH, or via MOVEGB/CLASSPASS if you are a  member of either of those, you will then be sent the ZOOM access codes. First class is still FREE if you'd like give it a try. Just message us if you need help setting up ZOOM (It's easy....we promise!!)

Half combat style cardio, half supple strength

Suitable for all levels.

We'll be working to low impact (no jumping), but high intensity...
